Prodigal Daughter will accept returns on items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damage by the customer.

For a full refund or exchange, mail your item within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days.

Items purchased in the store can be returned with a receipt within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping charges are at the expense of the customer. Returns can also be made at the store.
